Three things live here, and they run at different speeds.

Cases are full investigations under the complete method: scoped, traced, evidenced, and written so someone can act on them. THE LAST HOP is a running public series that takes one reported scam site per episode and follows the money until it stops. Scam Address Labels is the dataset both produce, given away free.

Every claim carries a confidence level, no on-chain figure is published unless an explorer confirmed it, and nothing here names a person. Identities are a matter for legal process.

That extends to who holds an address. A scam site publishing a deposit address proves the site published it, not that the operator controls it, so every episode and every dataset row carries a separate control label. Why that distinction exists.
